PI transfer

There is a beginning of PI-networks market.

On the 26th of November 2014 RIPE NCC has began to accept Provider Independent networks transfer contracts and to reflect the corresponding changes in the RIPE database. Before this, assignments were valid as long as the original criteria on which the assignment was based were still valid, now the policies are allow to transfer IP network from one owner to the new one on the conditions defined by the contract parties. New owner is obliged to provide registration documents and to become a customer of a sponsoring LIR member of RIPE NCC.
